MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION
February 18, 2009
     
Call to
Order		  

Mr. Curtis called the special meeting of the Lewis Cass Intermediate School District Board of Education to order at 5:30 p.m. in Conference Room #2 of the Administrative Services Center on Wednesday, February 18, 2009.
     
Roll Call  

Members present:                Ms. Adams, Ms. Simmons, Mr. Curtis

Members absent:                  Mr. Maager, Mr. Hart

Administrators present:         Mr. Ostrowski
     
Declaration
of a Quorum		   Mr. Curtis declared a quorum of the Board.
     
Pledge to
the Flag		   Pledge to the Flag was recited.
     
Approval of Agenda  

Moved by Ms. Simmons, supported by Ms. Adams, to approve the agenda as presented.  All in favor.  Motion carried.
     
Approval of
Minutes		   Moved by Ms. Simmons, supported by Ms. Adams, to approve the minutes of February 11, 2009, as presented.  All in favor.  Motion carried.
     
Planning for Transition  

Superintendent Ostrowski and Bob Petrovich from Human Synergists continued the process of planning for the administrative transition.
     
Adjournment   Supported by Ms. Simmons, to adjourn at 7:30 p.m.  All in favor.  Motion carried.
