MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION
April 23, 2009
     
Call to
Order		   Mr. Curtis called the special meeting of the Lewis Cass Intermediate School District Board of Education to order at 7:48 p.m. in Conference Room #1 of the Administrative Services Center on Thursday, April 23, 2009.
     
Roll Call  

Members present:            Ms. Adams, Mr. Maager, Mr. Hart, Mr. Curtis

Members absent:             Ms. Simmons

Administrators present:      Mr. Ostrowski, Mr. DeVos
     
Declaration
of a Quorum		   Mr. Curtis declared a quorum of the Board.
     
Approval of Agenda  

Moved by Mr. Maager, supported by Mr. Hart, to approve the agenda as presented.  All in favor.  Motion carried.
     
Approval of
Minutes		   Moved by Mr. Maager, supported by Mr. Hart, to approve the minutes of April 1, 2009, as presented.  All in favor.  Motion carried.
     
Memorandum Of Understanding  

Moved by Mr. Maager, supported by Ms. Adams, that the Lewis Cass Intermediate School District Board of Education direct the Superintendent to execute the Interagency Memorandum of Understanding in Regards to Shared Information as previously presented to the Board.

Roll Call Vote.  Ayes:  Mr. Curtis, Mr. Hart, Mr. Maager, Ms. Adams

                          Nays:  None

All in favor.     Motion carried.
     
Adjournment   by Mr. Maager, to adjourn at 7:55 p.m.  All in favor.  Motion carried.
