MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION
July 15, 2009
     
Call to
Order		  

Mr. Cutis called the special meeting of the Lewis Cass Intermediate School District Board of Education to order at 5:35 p.m. in Conference Room #1 of the Administrative Services Center on Wednesday, July 15, 2009.
     
Roll Call  

Members present:          Ms. Simmons, Ms. Adams, Mr. Maager, Mr. Curtis, Mr. Hart

Members absent:            None

Administrators present:   Mr. DeVos, Ms. Forburger, Mr. Bennett, Mr. Withers
     
Declaration
of a Quorum		   Mr. Curtis declared a quorum of the Board.
     
Interviews  

A public interview was held for the position of superintendent with William Eis.

Mr. Hart left.
     
Second Interviews  

Moved by Mr. Maager, supported by Ms. Simmons, that Robert Colby and William Eis be invited back for second interviews.

Roll Call Vote.  Ayes:  Ms. Adams Mr. Curtis, Ms. Simmons, Mr. Maager

                        Nays:  None

All in favor.      Motion carried.
     
Adjournment  

Moved by Mr. Maager, supported by Ms. Simmons, to adjourn at 7:37 p.m.  All in favor.  Motion carried.
