MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION
July 22, 2009
     
Call to
Order		  

Mr. Cutis called the special meeting of the Lewis Cass Intermediate School District Board of Education to order at 5:37 p.m. in Conference Room #1 of the Administrative Services Center on Wednesday, July 22, 2009.
     
Roll Call  

Members present:          Ms. Adams, Ms. Simmons, Mr. Hart, Mr. Curtis, Mr. Maager

Members absent:            None

Administrators present:  Mr. DeVos, Ms. Butchbaker, Mr. Chism, Mr. Hamilton, Ms. Forburger
     
Declaration
of a Quorum		   Mr. Curtis declared a quorum of the Board.
     
Second Interview   A public interview was held for the position of superintendent with William Eis.
     
Adjournment  

Moved by Mr. Maager, supported by Mr. Hart, to adjourn at 6:54 p.m.  All in favor.  Motion carried.
