Order		  

Mr. Curtis called the special meeting of the Lewis Cass Intermediate School District Board of Education to order at 4:15 p.m. in Conference Room #1 of the Administrative Services Center on Wednesday, October 19, 2011
     
Roll Call  

Members present:        Mr. Gordon, Ms. Adams, Ms. Simmons, Mr. Curtis, Mr. Atkinson

Members absent:           None

Administrators present:  Mr. Colby
     
Declaration
of a Quorum		   Mr. Curtis declared a quorum of the Board.
     
Communications from the Audience   None
     
Grievance Hearing  

Pat Furner, MEA UniServ Director, and Kim Hester, Paraprofessional, discussed Grievance #10-11-1, #10-11-2, and #11-12-1 with the Board of Education.
     
Adjournment   Moved by Ms. Simmons, supported by Ms. Adams, to adjourn at 5:15 p.m.   All in favor.  Motion carried.
