Call to Order		Mr. Curtis called the special meeting of the Lewis Cass Intermediate School District Board of Education to order at 11:00 a.m. at The Boulevard Inn & Bistro, 521 Lake Boulevard, St. Joseph, Michigan on Friday, September 30, 2011.

Roll Call		Members present: Mr. Curtis, Mr. Atkinson, Ms. Adams, Mr. Gordon, Ms. Simmons Members absent: None Administrators present: Mr. Colby, Mr. DeVos, Ms. Butchbaker, Mr. Chism, Mr. Hamilton, Ms. Spagnoli, Ms. Merrill, Mr. Wood

Declaration of a Quorum		Mr. Curtis declared a quorum of the Board.

Staff Presentations		Department Heads made report on department highlights as well as challenges we are facing. For the rest of the meeting Mr. Colby led the Board in discussion of prioritizing services of LCISD.

Adjournment		Moved by Ms. Adams, supported by Ms. Simmons, to adjourn at 3:10 p.m. All in favor. Motion carried.
